    Transfer property
    My mother and I safe a property together and I want to transfer the entire property to her what is the process?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    As noted you have to deed your share of the property to you mother. However, that transaction will be considered either a sale or a gift. As such they may be tax and other legal complications.

    Why are you making the transfer?
