Unless the person is a celebrity it is almost impossible to ID from a photo.

That gif is from tumblr.com and I wondering maybe he is a model or something like that I don't know but this is the only thing I ever seen about that guy and I have no idea how can I find something more about him or what his name is :\

I don't know either unless he's a celebrity of some sort, someone sees this and recognizes him.

The tats lead me to believe he's not a model but perhaps a rap artist - ?
