    3 weeks late, with light brown spotting.
    I am 25 years old and have 3 children already (all boys). I was on birth control pills for a couple of months but then lost my insurance so I stopped taking them. I have been having some irregular periods lately. I spotted in the middle of January then nothing for 2 weeks then got my period the beginning of February like I was supposed to then 2 weeks later again with the spotting. Now nothing until a couple days ago with light spotting again but I should have gotten a cycle in the beginning of March and now we are almost in April. I have yet to take a pregnancy test because I am giving it more time just in case. I have been more tired, hungrier and just have that weird feeling something's off. I know I should be an expert by now but this is throwing me off. Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    There can be a number of reasons for irregular cycles, but since you are not using birth control, pregnancy should be either confirmed or ruled out. I would try a test.
