    Wet wall
I found out that one corner of the house it has got spots. I pealed the paint from the outside, and the wall was dump and smelled. It seems that there is minor crack in the wall and the water travels up in its path. The house was built in 1944. Any advise. I was considering, renting diamond chain saw and cut it at the bottom and insert the isolation. What do you think and do you have any suggestions>
