What can I do what I haven't already done
I have become accustomed to lying, appering as a happy and innocent person. But I'm not. I have trouble in including my feelings into the future. I am often upset for I have depression etc... but that doesn't help me no one really understands who or what I really am. They can never see the real me. Part of that is my fault for I don't allow peeople to get to close to me. I've attempted suicide several time becomes I'm sick and tired of allways feeling the way I do. Meds don't help, either does talking about it.
Can some one give me something anything.

Have you had your meds adjusted?

If not perhaps its time to sort that.

Deal with one thing at a time, getting your meds adjusted is a good starting point.

Have you seen a counsellor? They are trained to help you sort though your feelings and your thought process.

How's your diet? Is it healthy, do you exercise? If not, now a good time to start, the benefits of exercise on mental health are well documented, start easy, swimming or walking.

So 3 things you can do to help yourself.

    1. talk to your doctor about your meds.

    2. find a counsellor you like.

    3. clean up your diet and start exercising.

But you have to choose to do that, or you can choose to do nothing and things will stay the same.

I've been on several meds none seem to do what I want but I think only death can do that for me. I see a counselor once a week and she's nice but I'm not stupid enough to tell her what I did a couple of days ago because she'll put me back in hospital. I hardly eat and that's because I also have an eating disorder I have a large work load with school and workk and home so I don't have much time to exercise and when I do once I get back I feel the same no improvements

Dear Whitney, I hear you saying that you would like to be more honest about your true feelings and that right now you are hiding how you feel. When you see your counselor each week you have the opportunity to tell her your true feelings, but it sounds like you don't trust her. Has she given you reason to mistrust her or are you not trusting her because of some other experience? It is important to find a counselor you can be comfortable with and then you can be honest with her. It might take some time to work through the issues. The first step is to say what is going on. Counselors aren't there to judge, they are there to help.
