How to receive military retirement after divorce?
We were married for 5 years. I was active duty for 4 of those 5 years. I did not waive my right to his retirement but there was no specific percentage, amount, or formula in the decree it just stated that I did not waive my right to his retirement. My question is what do I do once he retires to get an amount?
