    Judgement
    I had a judgement and garnishment against me in 2007 for 4500 dollars I paid 3800 dollars for that judgement and then I moved to another state WI, I didn't work for 2 years and just started to work again. They filed the judgement in wi against me. What can I do to fight this.

    Nothing. The time to fight the judgment is when you were sued. You COULD make a settlement offer.

    What makes you think you CAN fight it? Unless the 3800 was to settle the debt, then you still owe 700 (probably plus interest). The judgment remains in force and they have the right to collect.
