    Adjusting a Partnership Account
    I have a problem with our partnership practice set, One proprietor and an individual form a partnership, they have adjusted the supplies of proprietor's account which is now Php4 108, but at the end of the month after the partnership was formed, the adjusting entry to record the supplies on hand was Php4 748, what is the entry for this? Would I record this as a credit to supplies expense or would I add it to proprietor's capital account? Kindly help me, Please!
