The movie is about 2 families that are next door neighbours. Family #1 has a husband wife and son around 10yrs old and family #2 has husband wife and 10yr son. Family #2 husband is abusive and has a drug factory in his back yard(that later in the movie blows up) the boy from family #2 and #1 are best friends. #2 boy runs away and hides in back of van where there are 2 children in the back. The "parents" bring icecream and bring the #2 boy back to their house where they make videos of the chldren. #1 family try to find the boy after receiving a call from him that he uses in the bathroom of the "parents" house. The #1 wife finds him and searches the house in finds him with a bag on his head in a closet of the "play room" where they made videoes. She also finds other videoes of kids. She ends up killing the "parents" and takes the boy home to find that #2 family house is mostly gone from the explosion of the garage. Then I think they adopt the boy.

I have been trying to figure out this movie for months now. I believe both fathers have been in other movies just been so long since I've watched it that I can't seem to picture them.
