Working on L2 visa
Both my husband and I work for a Indian company.My Husband has a L1 visa,I will be filing for L2 visa.
I read that for working in US on L2 visa,I would need a EAD. 1.Will I need to resign from my current job,travel as a dependent and then file for a EAD? 2. Or can I take leave and go to US ,file EAD and come back to India and still keep working here by the time my EAD is processed? |
