    A movie with a little boy and girl in a dreamland or candyland maybe from the 90's
    When I was little in the middle 90's I didn't have cable so I only watched movies and I have had this one where its this little boy and girl and they are walking around in this land where its candy, but then they are in a mall and like water fills it up and they are on a canoe trying to get away from these bad guys who I think are wolves, and I'm pretty sure I didn't make it up since I can still remember those parts but it bugs me and I've looked at other peoples things ans answers and they weren't what I was looking for, any suggestions? Please help its been bugging me for years!
