    Pardon Maryland?
    In 1989 I was conv off poss w intent and handgun violation.I was given ten years all suspended but three,and five years probation,which I violated and was given another five years.this ordeal began when I was only sixteen,how can I have this chapter of my life permanantly removed?

    I would say the chance is slim to none, there are few pardons done and normally they will not do it for multiple violations, esp with a vioation. I would say that even the chance for it to be explunged would be slim.

    If you can afford it, the best chance is to hire an attorney to approach it.
