    Felony probation
    HI,my boyfriend had been on felony probation for three yrs and has two more to go. For other charges. He received
    A dui over a year ago and just received another one what can I expect to happen when he goes to court.
    Will he have to do the remainder of his time or is their other options?

    TWO DUI's? THey are going to throw the book at him most likely.

    Lot of high profile cases of drunks killing people in the news. They don't treat these lightly any longer... thank goodness.

    Not only is a DUI a parole or probation violation... it can carry jailtime on its own as well.
