Laws & rights for owner financing in anderson sc?
I am a buyer buying a mobile home. I'm on disability live on a budjet my fiancé and I needed a place to live badly. We were living with family stuff getting stolen. A friend told us about a place for sale across from them we met the people things went good we told them our situation they let us move in with no money down paid them first payment a verbal agreement was made then to pay them 425 per month for a total of 5500 dollars 5000 for home 500 for financing it for us. The land would be separate had to be paid in full for 35000 no financing it if they decided to sell land right now mainly just mobile home. After mobile home was paid for they would give us time to move mobile home and we would have to pay rent on land no set amount yet. They said they would draw up a contract every time I asked for contract never produced one no ink can't find one that had everything they wanted to say. After about 5 months taxes were due our verbal agreement said I would pay taxes on mobile home only they said taxes weaying I was dere $267 but didn't show me bill also had a problem with a friend of mine that was here one day and told me they couldn't be on property and told me I could not burn brush that I cut down on property were I cleanded up what had grew up while nobody was living here I got upset and cussed him out they sent letters saying I was destroying there property a voided our contract witch we didn't even have after about a month I went to him and apoligized we decided to continue on withagreement except he wasn't going to give us a contract I paid him $600 425 for payment and 175 for taxes witch left me in a bind then next month my checking account was negative didn't have enouph for payment was waiting on disabilty check I told him I would give him a check to hold and would call him as soon as ckeck hit the bank so he could cash it. He went straight to bank & tried to cash check got mad cause they wouldn't cash it sent me a letter saying I had 10 days to make check good three days later sent me a letter saying I had thirty days to vacate property does he have right to make me leave what rights do I have he said he don't even have to give me a reason for kicking me out what laws are there to help me?

It sounds to me like he is "kicking you out" for non payment. Verbal agreements, however foolish, are binding.

You would be considered a month to month tenant and he is evicting you.

Yep, he's within his rights since you have nothing in writing to protect yourself. He's following the law and there is nothing you can do but find a new place to live.
