Can I move my child out of Indiana without a court order?
Father pays child support, but only visits child when convenient for him. I want to move to California from Indiana. Do I need a court order to move my son out of state?

What does your current Court Order say about visitation and custody? If there IS a Court Order, no, you cannot just move. You need the Court's approval.

If there is NO Order concerning visitation and custody, you can "simply" move.
