    How to drop a restraining order out of state?
    6 years ago, Mike threaten Matt (Matt was roughing up a girlfriend and Mike went after Matt). Matt got a restraing order against Mike. They never had a problem again. Matt lives in another state - how does he drop the restraining order?

    What kind is it? Many have an experation date on them. Unless its written otherwise or renewed they don't last forever.
