    Basement cold air returns
Bought a Ranch bungalow with a finished basement, has a new forced air Natural gas furnace in the basement. Basement is always cold. I noticed that there are no cold air returns in the basement and I believe there should be correct? Where should I place them in the basement and will this help with warming the basement up? Basement is about 1000 sq ft and the heat vents are in the ceiling.
