Muscular, bulky (with a little fat) arms on a 12 year old- how to get rid of them?
My arms are naturally muscular and I'm 12. My mom says they aren't big, but they are. My dad doesn't understand that I want small arms. I know about the puberty stuff. I've been through it early and it's not fair. I'm so out of place. Bulky monstrous arms and wide hips in 6th grade :(

I HATE IT. I'm not fat, I'm actually on the underweight side of what I "should be" according to the doctor. I have a little bit of flab on my arms and I want my arms as thin as possible. I can't lift weights because we did in PHY ED for a 5 weeks and my arms got bulkier.

Everyone else who is my age seems to have super thin arms that don't look like bulky boy arms. I do running, but all it did is make my thighs really muscular looking and I don't feel like I loose weight from anywhere from running.

So how can I loose the fat? And why do I have such freaky arms?

    Get a grip!

You are going through so many changes with your body at the moment you need to let nature take it's course.

Honestly if your female you don't have the testostrone to build the 'bulky' muscles.

Your body is developing and growing, however in saying that, swimming is a great exercise for your whole body, plus it's a great team sport and has many health benefits.

You may have found the difference in your muscle tone and perceived it as bulky, however that's just lean muscle developing, perfectly healthy and normal part of growing.
