J1 second year to get the federal tax refund
Hi everyone. I am from China and on my sencond year in U.S. as a J1 visa holder. I was withheld the federal tax during the past two years. I tried to fill the 1040NR-EZ and I found that I can not get all my money back. So how can I get my federal tax refund, fil 1040X or the other forms? Thank you very much!
