    How can I get ILR when I have divorce my?
    Hello

    Before my probationary two year entry clearance period in UK, my wife divorce me what can I do to get my ILR

    This is tough situation, you may be able to obtain ILR status if you have enough evidences to prove that you become victim of domestic abuse.

    Victims of domestic abuse can be either men or women, but it's harder to prove in men. Consult experienced immigration attorney.
