My husband lost his job & we defaulted on some credit cards .We own 20+ acres, we have a mortgage on the house +10 acres. The 2nd parcel we own ,it is all on 1 deed(but says parcel 1 + parcel 2) + property tax bill. But it's a separate parcel.A family member resides on it over 10 yrs in a mobile home.We gifted it to her but never changed the name or registered a qiut claim deed in town.The town said it is better off staying as one tax bill because its cheaper Can it be seized & sold.She is 82 yrs old
