    Worried about period?
    I've never have any kind of sex before but I do occasionally give my boyfriend a good pants rubbing but we are both always fully clothed. He's never touched me down there but my period this month is different. Today was my first day and it was really spotty for me which isn't usual. And I've been having some pain in my abdomen like cramps but worse than ever before like my legs hurt really bad. Can anyone tell if this is normal? Or is it all just in my head? Thanks and some pre info I'm 19 fairly regular and I did start 3 days early this month.

    It might be nothing. Sometimes cycles are just a little off for no reason. If the pain is bad (unbearable, not responding to pain meds, etc) or you're concerned there's more than just a slightly off cycle going on, it's best to call your doctor.
