    Help please
    How do I remove a last name from my son? My son has mine and his real fathers last name so it like this for exsample love-fried for a last name its not the real last name I put here but you get what I am saying I just want my last name and remove his fathers because he has never been in his life at all.please help thanks

    What State? It varies. Will the father sign a document agreeing to the change?

    How about if he has no cusdy or acess to the child at all and I live in canada
