    Dual citizenship working as a postdoc in the USA - Is there tax exempt?
    Hi,

    I have a dual citizenship USA-Israel, and have started a postdoc in the USA mid 2010. Am I included in the tax treaty for an exemption in the first two years?

    No, you can't get tax treaty but you can get foreign income credit for taxes paid in Israel when you file federal return.
