    No power to my thermostat.
    Nothing comes on. Was working about two hours ago now nothing. Don't now where my transformer is or if that is the problem

    Does your thermostat have batterys? If not, check the breaker for the furnace first, then check for a fuse located on or near the furnace on the ssu switch. If that all checks out, check for a fuse on the transformer, or secondary wiring on the transformer, or on the control board.

Hi, I was trying to replace my old stat with a new programmble one. I had turned off the furnace before installing new one. But the new one didn't work and so, I put the old one back on. But the old one does not power now and display on the old stat does not come up. Can any one help me here...
