OK,
I was put on probation as a violation of decond offense dwi. I had blew in a breathalizer at a home visit and blew positive so they sent me to rehab.
Finished rehab and while I was in there they gave me all sorts of medications.
I left with six or seven bottles of meds.
As a result I acted risky and without caution to the wind.
As a result of that I was found on the side of the road beaten almost to death, they found alcohol in my system. I was in a coma for a week.
So since they found alcohol in my system that day-they still want to send me to a THREE month long rehab.

This assault happened the 1st of sept.
It is nowfeb 2nd. And I go to court with a public defender on feb 22nd.
It will have been almost six months since they found that alcohol in my system. On basically my death bed-from a result of the first rehab they sent me to-leaving with those ridiculous medications. (anitanxietys, antidepression, sleeping pills, pills for alcohol dependency, and pills for headaches-which was really for seizures)
I think I had alcohol in my blood because I was on all kinds of crap and didn't care and almost died.

Now they want to punish me for what they did to me basically.
So from aug 31st, to feb 22nd. Clean and sober. Now they want to send me to a three month one... does this make sense? Is this allowed?
It will ruin my life, my bills won't be paid, and ill lose BOTH my jobs.
And I won't be able to afford a car or a place to live.
Is there anything I can do?

I feel like I'm being demoralized.
Help. I need advice.

Let me see, you broke the terms of your probation,

I am sorry but these are the facts, the first rehab failed since you were again using alcohol, instead of taking personal responsibility for it, you wish to blame the 1st rehab.

Now instead of sending you to prison, they will give you another rehab chance and you are angy at them??
