    Probation
    I got a owi but my probation visits don't start for another 2 months am I considered on probation?

    Yes, of course. You were placed on probation the minute the Judge said the words. If random testing (or a monitor) is part of your probation you can be pulled in at any time.

    Yes of course you are "on probation" you were the minute you walked out of the court house.
