Please be patient. This is not a chat room and it may take some time before someone who knows the answer to your question to come online.

I wouldn't think so. Yoga is just a form of exercise. There is nothing sinful about that.

    Bismillaahir-RaHmaanir-RaHiim.
AlHamdu Lillaah, I think I`m the right person to answer this.
First I want to warn whoever might be just browsing, and see this and go away before I make a long explanation that YOGA itself as a word means unifying man and God and is based on an ideology that is shirk, and due to that it`s fundamentally Haraam, because Allaah is not one and will never be one with the creation nor will ever a created being be one with Him. This is based on misinterpretations of the Vedas. And it is against Islam to worship statues, and the concept of yoga is what confuses the hindus to do that, because they believe that though God is One, then also He is everywhere and in everything and whatever is worshipped is Him, which is unfortunately a belief in which some muslims have fallen in today. So it`s like they`re saying the purpose of Allaah sending Messengers and Revelations and laa ilaaha illaa Allaah is nonsense. Don`t go into that philosophy. It`s deep and dangerous.
    I will continue later. Salaam.
