Typical bathroom wiring diagram including submersible sewage pump
Can the bathroom sewage pump be included in the dedicated 20 amp circuit for the bathroom wiring?

Technically, yes, but only if the pump amp load does not exceed 50% of the amp rating of the circuit. So, if the pump draws more than 10 amps, then no, it needs a separate circuit.

If I were wiring this bathroom, the pump would have it's own circuit, even if it was allowed on the dedicated bathroom receptacle circuit.
