I have transferred some Bluetooth files to my phone but the screen is white.

Has anyone got one a w300i. Mine works but the screen is white.

I have just retrieved some Blue Tooth files but I can't play them by automatically using the walkman.

Please can someone 'step by step' me through how they would access the files and transfer to play on the walkman.

Just by telling me what sequence of buttons to press when I flip open the phone?
