Traffic stop in a 90's movie...
This is a longshot, but anyone remember a scene from a movie, I think in the early 90's, where a policeman stopped a couple in a car. It was a bigshot dude and a girl snorting coke. When they get pulled over the guy tries to get the girl to hold the bag of coke and say its here but she says "no". They struggle trying to off the bag to each other while the cop approaches and the bag bursts all over the guys face. The girls starts laughing. I seem to remember it being bronson Pinchot. Anyone?
