Who can help me get my QUDRO?
I paid a lawyer to file a QUADRO. It was prepared and approved by the Supreeme Court and acknowledged by the benefits Center at the company my ex worked for. I having been waiting for over a year and still not have received notice as to when payment of benefits are due to commerce. They should have commerced on Noveber 1, 2010. Who can help me? I call once a week and they tell me an account has not been set up. Why do I have to beg for my share of the benefit?
My ex is collecting his. I am at my wits end and don't know where to turn next.
