Hi I have lived in my home for 15 years and never experienced what my fiancé has been experiencing the last couple months.
At night he see's a tall black human man figure in our living room,he don't see it every night,but he says it is very tall and he don't get a good feeling from it,and one night he was going to approach it but had a bad feeling about it and decided he would just go back to bed and leave it alone.He feels it is an evil spirit,I tell him it is his imagination,but he says it is not,He has also seen it on the side of the road driving home at night,and just recently he had seen it standing outside by his vehicle in our driveway,he has me scared to death in my own home,wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing and if you know the answer for this and why it is happening and what it is.Thanks.

First of all... it could be nothing... it could be something. That's something we can't prove on an online forum. You know him best and it's up to you to decide if this is something he is imagining or if it's something he really believes is there.

If it IS something... it's not human. Just because something has the SHAPE of a human does not mean it is. The reason it is there probably has nothing to do with your home. Since it is so attached to him, it might have something to do with his life. Is this the first time he has experienced this type of thing in his life? Has there been any occult activity with him or in your house (i.e. ouija, séance, any form of witchcraft or spiritism)? There are a lot more questions that need to be answer to really shed some light on this.

Hi and thanks for your reply,he said it diffiently isn't his imagination,and NO we don't deal with any occult of any kind.Yes this is the first time he has experienced anything like this,just wondering if it is something that we should worry about and if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.The image is a tall man figure and it is all black with a hood and long robe with his head held down looking toward the floor.Again thanks for your reply

Yes, people do experience this type of thing... a lot more often than is talked about. So, he can see detail such as a hood and robe in this "all black" figure?

Well, personally, knowing what it is... you have good reason to worry about it, if it is, in fact, real. In most cases of something manifesting like this more and more frequently to someone, I'm sure it is just a matter of time before strange things start to occur around the house (things moving, noises). They seek influence and manifestation in people's lives. If you start noticing personality changes in him, then definitely worry. I am not trying to scare you... but the very nature of an entity like this is deceitful and harmful.

All of that being said, there is also the possibility that it will NOT get worse. It might just remain in the background. I can't guarantee it's actions... just it's motives.

I'm here (and so are others) if you need more info/help.

Ok now you have me worried... What changes am I to look for in him?He is a very good man and not evil in any way.Why is this just happening now?Is it a sign something bad is going to happen?He tells me not to worry and to just forget it and if I see it ignore it like he do.As for things moving in my home,if that happens.. I AM GONE!! Lol wondering if someone else is seeing the same thing.Thanks for your reply

Well, first off, I didn't mean to scare you. I'm just saying, worst case scenario, as it seems to be mainly focusing on your fiancé, that I would make sure it's not getting a foothold into his life. BUT, as I also said... it is possible that nothing could happen. Don't think he's alone... many people deal with seeing these kinds of things... he is FAR from alone.

I wasn't saying your fiancé has to be "evil" to attract this. There are many reasons this spirit could be manifesting... at this point I could only guess. Those are answers that come after thorough/personal inquiry. If you guys don't feel threatened... don't let worry set it. BIBLICALLY speaking, this is not a human spirit... so that is always my concern. Whether it causes harm or not, knowing where it comes from would always make me suspicious of it. I would not look at it as an omen... look at it as an actual spirit personality, because that is what it is.

Well tonight my fiancé got bad news that's a member of his family has passed away,so we are wondering now if he will see it again,we were just wondering if this was a sign that someone close to him was going to pass away.I guess time well tell!! I wish someone else would reply that is experiencing the same thing and to see what their feelings are about it all.Can't get this out of my mind,it is not bothering my fiancé like it has been bothering me.I don't know how I would react if I seen it.I pray to God I don't see it!!

Well, that's about it. Let time tell to see what happens. Maybe you will never see it. Maybe it won't get worse. Nobody can say. Check out some of the other questions in this paranormal forum... lot's of people see "shadow" people and dar figures. It's one of the more common posts.

You are not alone I and my family are going through the same thing right now except there are 4 here my mother was sleeping in bed last night and 4 appeared at her bedside when she tried to moved they hissed and she could not move, I have been seeing them for about a month and they are becoming more frequent as time goes on. My father was admitted into the hospital where they removed his bowel and he is recoving fine. They are starting to scare everyone in our home.

Wow 4.. oh my... The image my finace was seeing never came close to him,it was always in a distance,about a month ago he had an aunt that passed away that he was close to,since then he has not seen the black figure.I am wondering if the black figure was a sign,he don't think it is but I think it is weird that he hasn't seen it since she has passed.I know how you and your family feel.I was petrified in my home,I wouldn't even turn out the lights at night.I am starting to come around now since my fiancé hasn't seen it since his aunt passed away.I just think it is all strange... I wish your dad a speedy recovery and I also wish your family all the best.. Hopefully it leaves your home... Keep me updated... Thanks Jean

Not much has changed still seeing the black figures every time one us in the house come in contact they let a horrible hissing noise and now there is what I believe to be a little girl that is making herself known and walking in the upstairs hallway. Really starting to wonder what or who they are and most of all what has brought them here.
