    Appeal against ban on student visa for uk
    Hi,
    I had applied for student visa and got rejected and ban me for 10 years entry to uk
    My question is whether I can apply for uk again with dependent visa
    Any 1 *** solve this querry

    I think we share the same problem. Any future visa applications will be refused for the next 10 years. Pesonally I will be dead by that time because I don't have a good health. You should have asked your lawyer to write a letter before claim to the home office or the ECM with 3-months from receiving your refusal letter.
