    Probably not the film you're looking for (much more recent than 80s/90s) but Paradise Lost has that premise. Also, Urban Legends: Final Cut has a bit like that at the beginning.

    I think that in the film were 2 sisters or friends...
    And they take their hearts and some parts of the body...
    I'll try to remember some more details but long ago I watched that movie...
