    Dispute what wife entitled to if we get divorced I own house in my name
    Please could you tell me how much se is entitled to she did not put any money into house I had it all before I met her .

    In general, whatever you brought into the marriage you take out of the marriage, and whatever was acquired or added while married gets split. But it's all open to negotiation. So as a starting point for negotiation you have the equity in the house as of the date you got married, and you split whatever additional equity has built while you were married (perhaps due to paying principal on the mortgage, making capital improvements, and market fluctuations).
