    Family planning
    I heard your lecture on family planning and I'm foolwing it, I have gone throgh five pregnancies in seven years of marriege, with four live births and one miscarriege. I'm very tired now and my health is suffering, have high cholestrol, aching joints and sugar at upper limit. My kids are very young, what do you suggest me now?

    I suggest more trusted birth control methods such as condoms, pills, injectables or other devices.

    Are you trying to plan for more children or prevent having anymore children?

    In either case, getting your health on track is very important. Seeing your doctor would be a good first step whatever your plan is.
