    Plumbling/checked for leaks have none
    We suddenly lost hot water pressure in ur home the water heater is new only a year old we found no leaks in the home or any where outside by main water line or line into house no leaks under house either

    No need to use caps. Do you have CW in the house? HW to any tap? If none, make sure the CW valve to the HW heater is open and if so, you may have a bad or plugged CW supply valve or a blockage in the HW pipe to the house supply. If you are getting CW, it is not a service supply issue.
