    How do I get my ex wife daughter out of my house
    How do I get my ex wife daughter out of my house she is married and not contributing anything to the home. She is 25 years old and working. What pepers do I need to serve her and what happens if she does not leave. I am desperate to get rid of her

    You do a standard eviction process... just like she was a non-paying renter. What those are exactly might vary depending on your location.

    I am in the UK and would like to know what the eviction process is as a non rent payer and what form can I fill out to get her evicted my ex wife daughter evected from my home who is married to a man from Jamaica.

    For the UK, you will have to wait for someone familiar with UK eviction law. I am in the USA and had thought that's where you were. Your laws will be different than ours.
