Customer process to sue on cell company
    Hello everybody.
Good wishes to you all. I would be glad for your suggession in maiking sue on a cell company for not delivering a proper product. Not even it happened 2 months buying the mobile in Big C at vizag but I claimed about the problem to change my piece. Big C changed the product though I requested them change the model of that mobile as I'm not intrested because of its in-built problem of that model. But that 2nd piece also countered the same problem now which is making me frustrating in using it. Can I claim on this? Now though I'm asking to change BIG C was not accepting saying that its not their problem. Is that I have to claim on Big C or company mobile SE. Please help me out.. I'm suffering in buying the product and suffering for no cause with that useless handset.

Sorry, but it is very unclear what happened. Can you try to clarify? You bought a cell phone and what is wrong with it? Did the seller refuse to fix or exchange it?
