    Medical Reasons for breaking a lease in Texas
    I have lived in my apartment since December 2010, is going to Drug and Alcohol impatient rehab considered a medical reason to break your lease?

    Nope. There is no medical reason to break a lease. Maybe if you become disabled an accommodation might need to be made. Otherwise no.
