Its your house... its your problem. Pure and simple. They didn't bring those in from the street... someone there used them. If it wasn't you it was one of your visitors that did.

Your opinion is NEVER a reason to give ANYONE a not helpful on this site EVER... UNDERSTAND! Its rude and I hate rude people.

Try reading the site rules... you need to do it. You need to look in a mirror... talk about judgemental. YOU accuse the cops of doing wrong by not cleaning your house for you... yet YOU are the one caught with a lot of drugs. Something I might add... I never have been, because I don't have drugs to get caught with. I'm almost 50. I don't have illegal drugs OR used needles laying around my house... and never have. THey don't EVER just happen to be laying around anyone's house unless you are using or selling them.

Exactly where in which law do you think you are you entitled to return home after jail to a spotlessly clean house?

What part of the Police aren't a housekeeping organisation (and particularly YOUR personal maids) don't you comprehend.

Its YOUR house... the needles were from YOUR friends and visitors assuming they aren't really yours... so its YOUR problem to clean it up either way. You or your friends did the drugs in your house... its YOUR problem to clean it up.

Do you expecrt them to do your dishes and laundry too? How about vacuuming your carpets.

You are guilty of owning or renting that house... and its your sentence to clean up the mess. Not the police.

You had the drugs... you did the drugs.. or your friends did the drugs... its still your problem. You will likely be found guilty... drugs don't just appear out of thin air. They are carried in. On purpose. Conviction is just a fomality when you are caught red handed on your own private property.

Next time... if there is a next time... don't let people shoot up in your crib if needles bother you. YOU put yourself at risk by allowing it to happen in your house the first place, send them to the crack house next door next time.

Since nobody ever told you... its your responsibility to take the trash out too. Because if you weren't such a damned slob and cleaned up once in a while... the needles would be in the landfill (which they really shouldn't be at anyway as they should be incinerated with other hazzardous waste) and not your house right now.

Oh good, this isn't on a Law board.

Sophie, how would the police know that these needles do not belong to you? Why if they arrested you, would they not take the evidence (paraphernalia), too? Who had access to your home between the time you were arrested and released? How long were you out of the home?

I think I would be very quietly cleaning up and thanking my lucky stars that there aren't more charges to defend against.

    Hello s:

You think the cops should put everything back all neat when they raid a house?? Really?? Well, they don't. If you don't want to handle that stuff, hire a hazardous materials cleanup company.
