The vic, radio, power door locks, electric mirrors stopped working at the same time but the fuses are good. Is there a relay somewhere for this?

    VIC is Vehicle Information Center.
If all the fuses test as good, check for power directly at the component.
If you have power at that point, the problem isn't power feed.
If you don't have power, you may need double check that you've found and tested all the fuses. Some cars have more than one fuse block. You may have one under the dash and you may also have one under the hood.

Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

Have you finished with the tests and found all the power and grounds to be good at the module?
