I am a father who currently has temporary custody of my 11 month old daughter. This is a long one.

I took my ex to court for custody in November and received temp cust. At the first hearing because my ex failed a drug test (my lawyer told me that the levels of weed in her system were so high, it was like she was smoking in the lobby.) and had 2 CPS reports against her for neglecting my daughter. She was given supervised visitation at my discretion, only to be in the presence of her parents or grandmother.
When we were in court for my having visitation prior to this, she was ordered by the court to get insurance for my daughter, and failed to do so. She had so many unpaid medical bills that my daughter was not allowed to see her pediatrician, and had lied to me about my daughter getting any shots.
The day I received custody, I paid all her bills, applied for medicaid and made an appointment for a checkup and immunizations.

There was an incident where my daughter got a black eye at her house during one of the mothers visits, and called me freaking out to blame it on me (hours after I dropped her off.) I then went to the home, within my right to do so, and was denied being able to see my daughter and told I was not allowed on their property. The police had to get involved and documented this event.
There were also 2 events where she dropped off my daughter after her visits, and was not supervised. I have police documentation.
Almost every time I go to pick my daughter up, her or other members of her family start a fight and police have to get involved. Her grandmother even went as far as to attack my fiancé who was waiting in my car. (her grandmother is supposed to be one of the supervisors). The mother has also been very violent and aggressive towards my mother and family, and I have police documentation on it.
In January, we went back to court and she was given permission to have one overnight visit with my daughter a week, still supervised and our lawyers arranged a schedule for us to follow to make things easier. However, neither of us were to receive a copy of it.
There were a few times after that where she would not give me the baby at the time of pickup and I had to be assisted by police to get her back. She presented the police with a piece of paper that I am sure she typed up herself, stating that she had the baby for longer than she was supposed to but there was nothing the police could do about it because like I mentioned before, we were not supposed to have received copies of the schedule because its not very official.

Also, I took her to court for child support. At the first hearing, she told the judge she was not going to pay me child support, yelled and cursed at the judge and a baliff, and threatened and yelled at me in the hall in front of a baliff and was then escorted into another court room. Im not sure what happened after that because they advised me to leave the hall.

So, she has a history of being violent with me and my family. CPS declared her a neglectful parent and she has a history of drug abuse. She also violates court ordered supervised visitation. What do you think my chances of getting sole custody are?
