    Constant pain
    I'm 30 yrs old I just had surgery to lift my bladder couple months ago I have an overactive bladder also the put me on vesicare I ve had 3 uti s since surgery and this constant pain down there I only go to the bathroom a little bit at a time sometimes I can't go at all but feels like I do I can't deal with this pain anymore its so unbearable can somebody help me

    Find a new urologist if you don't feel that your current one is hearing you. The pain might be from more UTIs (and you need to know why you are getting so many anyway) but it could be a nerve that is hitting something that hasn't healed or is pinched (those are tough to find, and it's one reason to avoid surgery if you can).
    I've had an overactive bladder my whole adult life and would not have surgery or take medications. The side effects are more dangerous than the promise of reducing need to urinate, which isn't even much of a promise. I trust that you are an informed patient/consumer who doesn't just do whatever any given doctor tells you to do.
