    Value of limited edition lithograph "Everetts Cottage" by Thomas Kinkade
    We received a limited edition lithograph 'Everetts Cottage' donated for our charity auction this month and am needing to determine its value. It is a 24x30" print framed with the authentic certificate stating it was additionally hand-highlighted 3/11/2000 by a Thomas Kinkade Master Apprentice. The cert number is 1000/1750 G/P Canvas. I would appreciate any assistance as far as a retail value on this item.

    A picture of what you have would help, otherwise we are not mind readers you know able to diagnose or give a quick estimate on a print, oil painting, watercolour or any other artform. Even with a pic, would be hard. Suggest you have it appraised by an art dealer to have a very accurate appraisal, whereby the art appraisor can give you a documented quotation on the value. Otherwise offering it up for auction would not work as you could not authenicate the value from a reliable source who could see, feel it otherwise take a good look at it.
