    I am looking for a house that is contract for deed
    T he house needs to be within 25 miles of holden no more than 75,000 thanks with low down thanks

    Or checking out craigs list, or local news papers
    Most contract for deeds are not done though a realitor,

    But do you have good credit, how much is low down payment, you need to look normally at least 10 percent down, unless they are jacking the house price too high or very high interest.

    Thanks but I have been studying about rent to own and I believe I can get a good deal everyone is trying to unload houses but thanks for your advise
