    what is the aswner to 18-3x>0 or -6>-8x

    18 - 3x > 0

    Add 3s to both sides.
    Divide by 3.

    -6 > -8x

    Be careful here. If you divide by a negative number the sign changes. To be sure here, you can add 8x + 6 on both sides first, to see what happens. Then you divide by 8.
