    Car got hit I don't have insurance or lincense?
    My friend's parked car got hit by city snowplower but she don't have lincense or insurance. Will she get ticketed for that?

    Was there a report to/by the city? Was your friend questioned?

    I think if you don't isurance on your car you go to jail... :S
