    Parent disability checks for children.
I am fifteen years old, and my mother had been on disability my entire life. My father received custody of me at age two, and I get money from her being disabled. I have never gotten any checks during the thirteen years I should have been receiving them, as they are directed to my mother who uses them for her other kids. I want to know if I can, and if so how, to get the checks to me so I can use them for college and whatever else I may need it for. And would I be able to sue her for the money she has stolen from me for the last thirteen years?

No they go to your custody parent or guardian, they do not come to you.

No, they do not. They go to my mother. My mother is not my legal guardian. My father is.

Then your mother filed falsely, so what has your father done about it, has it taken it back to family court, is she paying child support,

Has he went to SS and asked for the check to be sent to him

What do you mean? Elsewhere you say the problem is that you haven't been getting this money. But it is her disability, not yours, right? So what does it have to do with you?
